WARRANTY

Paddles: ZCEBRA paddles are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase (please keep a copy of the original receipt). The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

Balls: Due to the intense nature of pickleball, pickleball balls are not covered under the product warranty.

Apparel & Accessories: ZCEBRA accessories are covered by a limited 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase (a copy of the original receipt is required).

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification, as well as natural deterioration or fading of graphics over prolonged use, are not covered.

This warranty applies to ZCEBRA paddles, balls, and accessories. ZCEBRA is solely responsible for determining whether a damaged paddle or other product is covered under our limited warranty. ZCEBRA is also solely responsible for deciding whether to replace or repair a paddle or other item covered by our limited warranty.

You can contact us by phone, email, or by completing the attached form to submit the product details, defect description, proof of purchase, and photographs.

RETURNS

We offer a 14-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE from the receipt of your order, refunding the amount paid within 14 days from the withdrawal date:
A product cannot be returned if it has already been used.
Items must be new, unused, and maintain their original packaging and seals at the time of return.
To return items, all materials must be sent to our facilities with prepaid shipping to the address listed below. We will not accept any materials received with unpaid shipping. The return of purchased items is a right regulated by law, where the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be approved in advance through communication with Customer Service, requesting a return code.
Once the items have been received, inspected, and verified to be new and unused, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount as follows:
If you paid for the initial shipping costs and returned the entire order, we will refund the ORDER AMOUNT, deducting the previously paid shipping costs.
If you did not pay for the initial shipping costs and returned the entire order, including any gifts, we will refund the amount paid, except for the shipping costs.
For partial order returns, the refund will be processed based on the returned items, following the same criteria above.
If the return is approved, the final amount will be transferred to the account indicated within 14 days from the withdrawal date, or it can be exchanged for another available product upon customer request, with any necessary price adjustments documented in writing.

IMPORTANT: Please include a copy of the invoice and/or order number inside the return package and indicate the return reference number obtained from Customer Service. Clearly label the package with “RETURN” on both the inside and outside. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the request due to the inability to identify it. Properly labeled packages will be processed faster, reducing wait times.

Spain (Peninsula): Shipping cost: €4.99 (except nets, which are €9.99 each). Delivery time: 24-48 hours if the order is placed before 16:00 CET.
Balearic Islands: Shipping cost: €9.99 (except nets, which are €15.99 each). Delivery time: 3-5 business days if the order is placed before 16:00 CET.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipping cost: €20.75 (includes Export DUA Management €12.84, Import DUA not included). Nets: €29.99 each. Delivery time: 5-7 business days if the order is placed before 16:00 CET.
Europe: Shipping cost: €15.99 (except nets, which are €15.99 each). Delivery time: approximately 3-5 business days.
UK: Shipping cost: €19.99 (nets: €29.99 each). Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
For other destinations or large orders, please contact us. Our Customer Service will calculate the shipping costs based on weight and volume.
Saturday deliveries are calculated based on weight and volume upon request.
